Terrible service and billed for something that can't be used.

We have had many problems with Rain for service. There is no number to contact them on. We have been waiting for a PUK number to unblock a sim for more than a month. Our *** doesn't get attended to and all they keep wanting to do is close it. The service from Rain is pathetic. We have been billed for 2 months for a sim card that we cannot use. It took over a month to try rectify an activation issue as it was originally not activated yet we were billed.
