Terrible service all round

I cancelled my rain with 7 days on sat night. They turned it off on sunday. I waited for my refund nothing. Called on tuesday and the consultant told me the turn around time is 48 hrs and someone would get back to me. Still nothing. I called on thursday. The first consultant was unhelpful. Eventually someone gave me a referrence number *** and said my services were still active and i had to pay for the month. I asked how is this possible when its a new account. She says i must tell the billing department that when they call......clearly it dont seem like they intend to call. If this how the opporite for a measly 250 rand can u imagine if u want to try their bigger packages and they give poor service. Thats why i cancelled. Whats the point of paying if i cant get service.
