Terrible service all across the board.

Honestly, the only thing these guys are good at is taking your money at the start, after that it's all down hill. Called them, they were very friendly getting everything up and running and my internet worked for about 2 days. Called customer service 3 times in the past 2 weeks, always the same response, one of the support staff just kept asking is your problem fixed, every time I tried to explain that my internet is working fine at that particular moment but my problem was every hour or so the network would go down for a couple of mins and start back up again, and in the evenings for about two hours the network is non existent. She waited for me to say yes it's currently working and promptly said have a nice day and dropped the call. I'm cancelling after one month of use. wouldn't recommend using them at all, I wouldn't touch rain again with a 10 foot barge pole.
