Terrible service....... AGAIN.....

I called on the 7th of July and advised them that i had not been debited for the service which they said they would rectify and nothing has been done as yet. I have exchanged numerous e-mails with a Thulisile Hlongwane and in a month she's done absolutely nothing until a few days ago when my services were cut for non payment which i have been bugging them about without success for a month. Their only excuse is that they cannot find an account with my name, yet i have their device here. I have sent serial numbers and sim numbers still no assistance. I have been unable to work the past few days due to that and it doesn't seem as if anyone is interested to assist at all. today i was literally on hold for over an hour for a manager and still could not be put through.

this is pathetic.
