Terrible service

I spoke to a Rain consultant last Sunday and agreed to a wifi router, I was told this will be delivered the next day, however I received a link which required me to make a appointment and the nearest available date was Thursday, on Thursday nothing arrived, I called Rain and was told they will escalate it and call us back however we received no call, when I called them again they gave me the contact number for CCD Couriers, I called CCD and they informed me that Rain placed the delivery on hold. I called Rain again and was once again told that i will be called back yet nothing. I followed up again with them on Friday and they kept telling me the same thing, their customer service consultants are also so rude and have no empathy, I asked for a complaint to be raised and confirmation sent via email and I didn't receive the email I had to call them again to confirm if the complaint was raised then only did they send confirmation via email. Yesterday I was told that the router will be delivered today yet I am still waiting and Rain keeps telling me to call CCD Couriers
