Terrible Service

Rain has become such **** and has poor customer service. I have been on the line for 30mins to query my bill and when I eventually got through to their consultants my call when dropped. I paid my subscription on the 30th of March around the 20th of April my connection was cut and I was told that I need to make a payment and they gave me a long explanation about being postpaid which I know nothing about. I made arrangement for payment on the 1st of May. Yesterday I got the link to make a payment and now the payment I need to make is double the amount. I’m so angry and confused. I don’t how they came to that amount. Been calling, sending emails and requesting call backs the whole day just so that someone can explain to me why I have to pay double the amount. All these years o I have been happy with rain until now and they are leaving me with no choice but to find a better service provider than this ****ming they are starting to do. I’m so annoyed and without connection!
