Terrible service

I have cancelled my service with rain 30 of September 2021 to date they still debit my account 3 months later even though I have called and emailed. They have eventually collected their router begining of Jan and I have to date not recieved my refund I call weekly and I always get told it will get escalated but I have not recieved the money debited from my account after the cancellation. Quick to sign on but signal is not good and if a company cannot provide a service that was intended and they still debit after the service was cancelled, it says alot about them and I would not recommend them as a service provider ever
