Terrible Service
Worst Company and Provider ever. We are paying for 5G and dont even have 4G. Your a bunch of ******** you want your money but can't deliver a service. I suggest u get hold of me as your customer very quickly because I will not leave this. And I do request a down time credit ONCE AGAIN because we have no service we paying for. ***

My husband is a field technician it's been 5 days they clearly don't know what they are doing. So I need it fixed now. And I am still waiting your call back. I would not hesitate reversing your payment for February foe having no USE OF YOU SERVICES AND EXCUSES. I am awaiting your call. I will go higher if I need to.
