Terrible service

I have 2 rain sims, one is an unlimited 4G which works reasonably fine the other is an Unlimited 5G sim which was working but now refuses to work. It keeps saying registration failed. I've restored factory settings, reconfigured, restarted 100 times and still nothing. I've logged a ticket via the online system but have still yet to hear back from them.
