Terrible service

I ordered a simcard on the unlimited plan,such a quick application process wow GREAT!!!Well it was too early for me to judge, my simcard got delivered there after i get a message to say the simcard has been activated but this simcard is not working not even a single signal sign it simply says no services just as a simcard that is not activated would say.Furthermore you cannot get hold of any agent, i have sent countless emails i keep on getting their automated response that says I will be contacted within 24/48hr. This is very frustrating because I need the internet access to be able to work from home. It would be great if they could make an effort to contact me and assist me sort of my issues if they cannot do that it's best they refund me my money
