Terrible service.

Terrible service. I canceled my account yet They still tried to deduct the amount from my account. I called customer service after being on hold for half an hour. I finally spoke to someone and they said they never canceled my account on their side. After taking it up with account my problem is still on going. My problem has been nn going for two months. For two months they tried to deduct the amount nearly everyday. I have been logging tickets and sending emails almost everyday, yet nothing happend and no one reached out to try and help or solve my problem. I tried calling again to complain and suddenly they have technical issues. Terrible service and customer service. I will go public and complain on every possible platform until my problem gets solved. I do not recommend this provider.
