Terrible service

I guess the only way to get assistance from Rain it's for me to always writing a review here, I'm sick and tired, this is so ridiculous and devastating at the same time, all you cares is money making, when its comes to fixing your network it's 0, I am really sick and tired now I can't be paying R580 then struggling with the network, you guys needs fix this problem ASAP or you take your router and cancel my account, I am going insane I just can't do this anymore 😢 💔 😞
