TERRIBLE SERVICE

I really tired of this up and down with rain. The network coverage is really poor to a point where even they technicians lie. The router just work for a week now it down again. I really dont understand this at all am really unhappy, u will reset and do everything as you told but still nothing for network coverage. This is really boring now am really fed up with this nonsense
