Terrible service

Have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years now, last time they messed up my account and now we hardly have any network its always buffing, you log tickets, but nobody calls you back, all they say is unplug or reboot the device and it will be up and running. They are quick to turn off your connection when the payment is not reflecting but they can't assist when you have issues relating to their service, terrible must say
