Terrible Service!

This is by far the most horrible service I've ever received. Never regretted trying out a service provider like this before. I checked for coverage in my area before purchasing the rain sim card and it showed to be available and strong but after receiving and activating the sim card, there was no coverage at all, perpetually! I reported this issue and wasn't assisted but they still debited my account twice even after I cancelled the service due to their despicable service!!!
