TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased the device however I do not have my original ID. I would like to change the details of the reciever of the delivery to my husband as he has his original ID. I Have also paid in advance and the delay of RAM&Rain is unfair due to the amount of time that has been taken. We contacted support already and they ensured us that the details was changed however RAM said that it was not and refused to hand over the package. I have paid in advance and still unable to make use of the services. This is pathetic.
