TERRIBLE SERVICE

My account got debited on the 27th of September, 2021. Till today, no one is able to explain why my rain sim card is still not active. I have been sent from pillar to post, spoke to a multiple consultants, but each has a different story. I was promised I would be helped within 24 hours, this is the 3rd day now without the internet access or any consultant checking if my query was resolved !!!
