Terrible Service.
I have ordered a Rain Sim card i have paid for my package at the RICA i have affidavits from the police certified copies my license my proof of adress yet i you don't accept that but you also dont allow me to change anything or let my fiancé RICA on behalf of me. What tou guys do is ignore me for 5 days with no help or a way forward. 0 response after multiple mails. You have taken my money and not answered my emails. I can't help that my wallet was ****** and home affairs works on their own pace.

19 Jul 2020, 18:33I DEMAND A REFUND I HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER OF YOUR SIMS AND ;PAID THE R479 YET SO YOU CAN TELL MY FIANCE THAT THE SIM WILL BE DELIVERED YET I HAVE NO ANSWER SINCE THE FIRST PROBLEM SO I HAVE SPENT NOW OVER R1500 AND STILL DONT HAVE INTERNET !!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER
