Terrible service.
Where do I begin??! We've been with Rain nearly 2 years. We've had nothing but issues. They've failed to debit me TWICE! Their pay now option wasn't available either due to them upgrading their systems. Then without notice we get DISCONNECTED! I've sent so many messages and NO ONE HAS REP****! ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE whatsoever. Shocking RAIN!
