Terrible service
I got my package on Tuesday and it's Friday and still have no Internet connection. The two Sim cards also can't make calls. I've called them and was told I must wait two more days for manager to call me back. Which I feel is unacceptable. I messaged them on Facebook to ask how can I cancel cause there is no way I will be paying end of month for something I can not use. Now they ignoring me.
