Terrible Service

I have been with Rain for over 2 years, service levels were always on point until when we really needed them during lockdown! This company went from Hero to Zero in 35 days. No service, no signal, no support, no use but Debit on the 1st of May ... really disappointed as there won’t be any compensation for this, unless they prove this assumption wrong...
