Terrible service

I have been having network issues for the past two weeks and everytime I call I’m told different things, firstly the consultant said the towers were down and then the network stopped working again and when I called in I was told that they don’t see any issue and I would be contacted by the IT department or something like that and when they called me they told me to remove the sim and put it on my phone or any other device which I did. The network stopped working again last weekend and when I called this morning I was told that my sim is damaged because I put it on my phone and I was not supposed to do that so I need to do a sim swap. Kindly contact me to cancel this stupid subscription and also give me my refund because I have not enjoyed this network this month.
