Terrible service

Don’t go with this service

I have been trying to get someone to help me with my account and ever time we call them they keep saying they requesting this and that but no action has been taken place

I have made payment on the 1 st of march for my service they cut my service and told me I haven’t paid I then sent proof of payment to them they go on saying they request something from billing and they will sort it out it’s been the hole month of this back and forth and not one person could help me…. Now they have double debit me and say I was in arrears which I have proof that I did pay them….. I tried calling you can’t get through I emailed and no response I went to ask rain and no one came back to me I even WhatsApp rain support and they still can’t help me…. This is wrong…. Please don’t trust them
