Terrible service

My Internet speed has been 5 - 6 mb/s for the past day. I have placed two support requests without a response. I only got support after phoning through. The support could not help me. This is ridiculous. I was told my problem is being redirected to another team with no idea of how long it will take for it to be fixed. What's the use paying for the Internet if its practical unusable.
