Terrible service

Unfortunately we do not have an option to rate you zero, otherwise I would. I have tried calling countless times from last year regarding my billing with no luck. I have requested a call back on the e-mail all in Vain. I have paid more I should and am still getting billed. What is wrong with rain of late, you guys are ridiculous and it's getting out of control. Please call me asap. My updated number is ***
