Terrible Service
I received 5g 101 rain package in December 2023 after an upfront fee. To date the router has not been activated and i have been given excuse after excuse from the call centre which is a total waste of time. The 16th feb 2024 i was told the serial number of the router is linked to a different account and a new router would be couriered. Which today the 27th feb 2024 has not arrived. But they claim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. I am utterly disgusted in the poor service of this provider.
