Terrible service

I paid my subscription yesterday without fail. When I wanted to Rica my SIM online I could only get to the stage to upload my ID and then when selecting any of the options to take photos it doesn't go any further. I called and explained my situation and was asked to email all the documents through, wich I did.

Called again this morning and was promised someone will get back to me. 2 hours later I called again and still I have no feedback.

They are very quick to take payment with absolutely no customer service at all.
