Terrible Service!!!!
Terrible service!!! We ordered a new router for a bigger package with Rain. Router was supposed to be delivered by Friday, and as a result, we cancelled our current wifi. My husband logged a call, and we are still waiting for feedback!!!

With us being promised delivery by FRIDAY, we cancelled the wifi that we had, and I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot to be able to work, I highly doubt that you will compensate me for the data that I used because you inconvenienced us. Telling my husband that you are checking with RAM to find out what happened to the delivery and that you will revert back to him by 13:00? I better have an answer by then. And if RAM can not complete the delivery today BEFORE 16:00, I expect a FULL REFUND or A BETTER PLAN AT YOUR EXPENSE. This is highly unacceptable. I myself worked in logistics, so I know that any logistical issue, would have been explained to you, so that you can notify your clients. Get this sorted TODAY!!!!!
