Terrible service

I've had terrible connection for 4 days, I phoned the consultant that assisted me, but me on hold while I was explaining the whole dilemma to her. I've send emails, to date no response. I tried explaining to that girl that I need this network to work, cause my kids attend home school. She just put me on hold while I was talking and never got back to me. I always stood up for rain when everyone used to tell me of poor service they receive, and now I know how terrible your consultants are, they forget that, without any clients, their jobs can actually end. This is unacceptable, I mean I pay alot for this rain. R795 IS a lot for one to get such a shi**y service. Honestly, rain you can do better
