Terrible Service

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. I recently bought the 5G uncapped package and had the use of it for 2 days. It has been of since the 4th of April. I called the number, which they refer you the chat or email support. Seems like they are on lockdown as well.

I see that they don't even reply on HelloPeter nor on Facebook. The only response is did any call you back?

No email replies nothing. Can't they just make a public statement what the hell is going on.
