Terrible service

I was supposed to have received my monthly allocation of data, minutes and sms's but I haven't. I lodged 2 tickets already, wrote to them on Facebook and on X. But I still haven't got a solution I'm being told that they were allocated and they've run out. When I ask to see the log, they ignore me. This is just frustrating.
