Terrible service

I have been in contact in the last week with the poor service of not having internet for 14 days,received a call back and was promised a reimbur*****t but nothing so far

The lady also promised to call me at 7pm to check if all is in order but I haven’t heard from her since then

I am here sitting AGAIN with no internet connection

What a horrible service from Rain
