Terrible service
I am so disappointed. This morning I woke up to see that rain has taken money out of my account without my knowledge even though my bill wasn't due yet. Everytime I paid for rain, I had to consent to them taking money out of my account. This time they just took it without me even having to enter my pin. I feel very uncomfortable with this and I would not recommend rain for anyone any longer.

Every month I would put my pin in to pay for the account, but this month, the money was taken without my knowledge. Money that I needed to survive for the month. Its unacceptable and I would actually like my money back please
