Terrible Service!

My experience was shocking!

I registered for a package on 02/05/2023. They delivered a sim card on 04/05/2023 without a router, and you cannot use the sim card without the router. The payment went off my account when delivery was made, but I cannot use the product. Since then I phoned almost every day to follow up. Every time a very friendly call centre operator say they will get back to me asap. Up to now, I haven't received the router.

Shocking service.
