Terrible Service

I requested a Sim Swap 2 months ago, my sim card is still not delivered but they did bill me for those 2 months while they know I do not have the sim card and waiting for Rain to deliver it. 2 full months no communication, nothing. I am very disappointed. Requested a cancellation today. I wish I knew how to request for refund of those 2 months.
