Terrible service

I've been trying to contact rain for over 3 months and no one response, I get given an email to contact them, but I'm still waiting, all I wanted was to know if they can extend their 5g radius by 300 meters as my complex WAS interested in their deals but apparently they don't need 34 house holds money. Thank you for making my decision much easier
