Terrible service

Terrible service !!! I’ve been requesting a new sim due to my phone being ****** with my rain SIM card in it !!! Days I get ignored I’ve been requesting my contact details to be updated so that they can notify me when the sim arrives NOTHING , just emails back and forth !!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced , if I could give 0 stars I would , 1 star is still generous

No it wasn’t Monday was the second time I made contact with the company , on the 26 of April I received an email from RAM , with my old contact details and have been requesting since that date! Sort this out TODAY , I’m paying for a service I am not even using, if I don’t get my sim today I will cancel all together and take this further. I’ve never been one to complain but my word this service is now disgusting and still have the audacity to try to correct me !!! Sort it out I INSIST YOU BRING MY SIM TODAY, I want internet connection today
