terrible service

rain has the most pathetic service their 4g is the worse always without network their app is not even user friendly when you log a ticket they take forever to get back to you. I upgraded to 5g rain didn't cancel the 4g as they were suppose to they have double debited me refusing to refund my money!! I JUST WANT TO CANCEL WITH THEM.
