Terrible Sales and Support service

I have just signed up with Rain and already I have received disgusting service from Sales Asa and Support Alviewer. I paid for the product for my mother hence it should be in my mothers name. I had no idea that it should be in her name since she is teh one getting Rica'd. On calling in Sales puts me to Support they say I must go to sales, then they say I must cancel the order and create a new order. Then they don't know how to cancel the order so the agent acts like she cannot hear me on the phone and puts the call down. But she's busy laughing with her friends in the call center. So they take my money but I don't get the product or service. That agent has my number and knows the issue and has not bothered to call back so that we can sort this out. Instead I must start all over again. Guess what, no one answers the phones in that place.
