Terrible Rustenburg Connection and no 7 day policy

I am very disappointed with Rain. I made the purchase of the Unlimited home 5G basic R499 plan. Within 2 weeks it no longer provided me with a steady connection. I've spend hours with their customer care line and nothing was resolved.

Then I purchase the unlimited 4G R479 plan to see if it was just a 5G issue. Still I had no stable connection.

I requested an immediate cancellation on the 4G on the day of purchase.

I am now expected to wait a full month term before the cancellation will become active.

That's a total of R978 that is completely down the drain because the internet is useless to me.

No 7 day refund, nothing just a full R978 for this month and nothing to show for.
