Terrible RAIN service

I have been using Rain for the past year and on the 25th of November 2022 i lost my device that had the Rain sim card on. I called them and cancelled my subscription since they debited on the 24th. They told me they have cancelled my subscription. they debited again in December, i called and they told me that i was paying for November. i could not understand because with Rain you pay in advance. 25th January 2023 they debited again, i gave them a call again and they said it was a mistake and they can actually see on their side that i have cancelled my subscription and they will reverse the money. I have not received anything until now. I have been calling them this week but they don't answer their phones. The service i have been getting from Rain is terrible and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I hate the fact that i'm paying for something that i do not have anymore.
