Terrible Rain Network - Don't Join It

Rsin is so ****** useless. This pulsing network is terrible as it keeps on switching on and off. Why is Rain is spending so much money on advertising their network instead of improving it. Why are we paying our hard earned money for a service that is off most of the time? I know your response is going to be a pre-drafted message apologising for bad service and promising to sort it out... @Hello Peter please allow us to write reviews without clicking on a star because 1 star is too much for Rain.
