Terrible Rain Customer support

I have had excellent service from rain since last year December.

This month when my debit order went off an since then my device was unable to detect my sim card which means that I have had no internet from Rain this whole month.

I keep contacting customer care and every time I just keep getting a reply that states someone will contact me within 48 hours.

Disappointed in their customer care as my issue is still not resolved.
