Terrible Rain Customer Service

Rain's customer service is beyond terrible. You are lucky if they actually call you back regarding a query and even if they do get back to you, they drop the call in the middle of a conversation and never revert back to you. I ended my service with Rain and settled all outstanding balances with them. Yet, they still try to deduct money from my bank account. This is an ongoing problem and I am so frustrated. My problem has been ongoing from February 2024 until today.
