Terrible provider/service, stay away or cancel.

Worse "support" than telkom and that says something. Stay away from this provider and cancel if you are currently with them, you are wasting your money.

Their support team never responds and if they do it's a generic/irrelevant response. "Move your router to this or that window" or "your router will connect to 5G automatically". These guys are ripping of their customers and no action is being taken when they are aware of issues everyone is experiencing.
