terrible product and no customer service

if I could give no stars I would! I checked my coverage before I bought n it said my area got full coverage, when I got the sim my speed was an appalling 0.6 and half the time the network was completely down, getting hold of customer service is a nightmare, they said for some reason my sim connected to a tower very far from my location and that was the problem and they would get the technical team to disconnect it and connect to the closest tower, my query went back and forth for over a month and still never get sorted out, i eventually had to cancel it. downloading a movie use to take 5 to 6 hours sometime up to a day, steaming online was a continuous buffering ordeal. an overall terrible experience!
