Terrible Network speeds coupled with terrible customer service
Resolving of issues is non existent with Rain. Im paying for 100mpbs yet getting under 20mbps. Every month I call in and every month I'm told that a ticket has been logged for a technician to come out which never happens. This is extremely frustrating as there is no service delivery yet every month I'm debited over R1000 for this **** network. I damn want a refund for the 80mbps which I'm not getting.
The worse network ever.

03 Feb 2025, 19:44Each time I call we change towers. Murphy law that the speed is never what I'm paying for. That's why I say i want a technician to come out and resolve once and for all. If this is not done asap I'm going to cancel these services as I can't keep paying an exorbitant amount for minimum service
