Terrible network service and no help whatsoever

I was convinced to get rain in my home but its been 3 days and i am highly considering to cancel. I was sold by a sales person that the package i am taking will run all the devices i had listed, we had a conversation about it for half and hour and now i can hardly use the internet, When one person streams something i cant even send and receive emails. Im supposed to have a 50mbs line but when i do a speed test i get at max 7mbps. When you phone and they eventually answer then all they can tell you is to move the damn thing around, i have placed it in multiple different places, i even bought a antenna extender since their router has input for it and yet it still has the same issues. This is not on, rain please sort it out or i will be cancelling.
