Terrible Network service

I am not happy with the service. I pay between R750 to R1000 on a 60mbps line which is more like 0Mbps, I STREAM EVERYTHING on my smart TV but it hardly ever works, if i am lucky I get to stream very Blurry. I cannot continue like this. Someone at Rain do something or i have to cancel this service. The signal always shows very good but for some reason there is hardly ever good connection. Being struggling for months now.
