Terrible Network performance during Load shedding no 4G signal at all

I have been using rain for while now since February this year till now. Everything worked well and it was fast, and I was so convinced I even upgraded the speed to 60Mbps. And now I'm considering moving to a different network.

Have been battling with internet lately for the past 2months now. Especially during load shedding I cant even do a simple browse on the net, I don't even have a 4G signal.

Called the call center twice the first time I was told to reset my router move it around in the house even though the area I have placed it initially , gave 100 % signal strength. I was told my call would be escalated to a technician as she couldn't resolve it...Till today I am still waiting.

Called again this month earlier and was told that my network has been reset and I should be able to access the internet. I still struggle during load shedding this has not been fixed.

What happened to the 4G signal when 5G towers are down. I am forced every time during load shedding to Hotspot from my phone this is not fair at all.
